As demand for sustainable energy surges, we’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a proven background in solar project management to lead operations, drive performance, and ensure our projects exceed expectations.

The Role
As Operations Manager, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day project delivery and operational oversight. From coordinating installations to streamlining processes and supporting your team, you’ll play a pivotal role in achieving operational excellence and delivering outstanding customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Operations Management: Oversee planning, scheduling, and delivery of residential and commercial solar and battery installations.

Team Leadership: Supervise internal staff and subcontractors, driving accountability, safety, and performance standards.

Process Optimisation: Identify and implement improvements across workflows, systems, and procedures.

Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact for installers, suppliers, clients, and regulatory bodies.

Compliance & Quality: Ensure all work meets Clean Energy Council guidelines, electrical safety regulations, and company standards.

About You

Experience in solar operations management or project management (residential and/or commercial).

Strong working knowledge of solar PV systems, battery integration, and grid connection requirements.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.

Confident in leading field teams, coordinating subcontractors, and liaising with clients and stakeholders.

Familiarity with CEC standards, Australian electrical regulations, and industry best practices.

Skilled in project management tools, scheduling software, and reporting systems.

Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
