Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute the company’s business strategy and annual operational plans.

· Identify new markets, products, and service opportunities.

· Provide regular reports to management on financial and operational performance.

· Oversee daily production, logistics, and freight operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.

· Implement process improvements and drive cost efficiency.

· Maintain compliance with WHS, and transport regulations.

· Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts.

· Oversee debtor management and supplier relationships.

· Lead, coach, and develop production, freight, and administration teams.

· Drive staff engagement and foster a positive safety-first workplace culture.

Skills & Experience

- Proven senior leadership experience in transport, logistics, manufacturing or agricultural sectors.

- Strong financial and commercial acumen, with experience managing P&L.

- Demonstrated success driving operational improvements.

- High-level leadership, team development, and change management skills.

- Knowledge of WHS and industry-specific compliance requirements.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
