About the Role

As Sous Chef, you’ll work closely with our Executive Chef to lead the kitchen team to create the memorable dining experiences that continue to deliver a culinary destination that guests return to again and again.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as sous chef required

High volume experienced

Can do attitude, motivated and driven individual that can lead a large team

Effective communication skills with an international team

Strong knowledge of food safety programs and documentation

Skilled in rostering, ordering, and kitchen operations

Excellent attention to detail and time management under pressure

Qualifications in Commercial Cookery or equivalent

Food Safety Supervisor Certificate

National Police Clearance
