About the role
Seeking a talented and experienced Full Time Sous Chef and Chef de Partie to join our new team in our Subiaco, WA location. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in driving the delivery of exceptional dining experiences for our guests. This is a full-time position including weekends with opportunities for growth and various working locations.
What you'll be doing
Lead and manage all back-of-house operations, including menu planning, recipe development, food preparation, and presentation
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure consistent, high-quality food delivery
Oversee food inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimise operational efficiency
Maintain strict adherence to all health, safety, and sanitation standards
Foster a positive, productive, and inclusive kitchen environment
Provide training, mentorship, and development opportunities for junior kitchen staff
Work closely with the General Manager to align culinary offerings with the restaurant's strategic vision
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced hospitality environment
Leading and motivating a kitchen team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, menu development, and cost control
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
Passion for creating innovative, flavourful dishes that showcase seasonal, local ingredients
Proficiency in food safety and sanitation regulations
Relevant qualifications in Culinary Arts or a related field
