SOUS CHEF – We’re looking for someone who:

Has proven experience leading a busy kitchen team

Understands kitchen systems, food safety, and cost control

Is confident managing and developing a team under pressure

Has a passion for fresh, seasonal produce and contemporary menus

JUNIOR SOUS CHEF – You might be a great fit if you:

Are currently working as a Chef de Partie or higher

Are motivated to grow under the mentorship of experienced leaders

Bring reliability, attention to detail, and strong communication skills

Thrive in a team-focused, high-energy environment
