About the Role

We're looking for a full-time, permanent Sales & Service Manager (Team Leader) to lead a passionate team of consultants. This is more than a management role - it's a chance to be a strategic driver of service excellence, sales growth, and team development.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• 🧠 Coach & Inspire - Provide hands-on coaching and one-on-one support to team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
• 📈 Drive Performance - Lead client acquisition strategies and ensure the team meets revenue and customer service KPIs.
• 🔍 Risk Management - Navigate regulatory requirements and ensure compliance through active monitoring and support.
• 🔄 Lead Change - Champion new initiatives, manage team transitions, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• 📊 Pipeline Management - Oversee and optimise the client acquisition pipeline to maximise conversions and client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience leading high-performing teams, ideally in a contact centre or customer-focused environment
• Deep understanding of call centre operations, systems, and performance metrics
• Sound knowledge of mortgage lending processes and the loan lifecycle
• A natural motivator who uplifts team morale while confidently handling performance conversations
• Adaptable and agile, with excellent time management and the ability to pivot when priorities shift
