The Therapeutic and Allied Health team are looking for a Clinical Team Manager to join the team.

The Clinical Team Manager – Therapeutic Services is responsible for clinical leadership of the therapeutic services team in partnership with the Therapeutic and Allied Health Services Manager. The Therapeutic and Allied Health team provides therapeutic support to children, young people, adults and families. These services aim to create therapeutic environments that assist individuals to heal from their trauma. All services delivered by Junction are underpinned by the organisation’s evidence-informed Therapeutic Framework.

Selection Criteria:

A relevant bachelor's degree such as Social Work, Psychology, Behavioural Science, with a minimum of 2 years proven experience in the leadership and clinical supervision of staff.

Demonstrated experience in supporting the delivery of high quality, evidence informed therapeutic interventions that target the goals, needs and wishes of children, young people, adults and families.

Demonstrated ability to synthesise evidence and best-practice frameworks, devise formulations, and make robust therapeutic support recommendations, with the ability to effectively communicate this with staff, external professionals, and other stakeholders.

A thorough working knowledge of trauma, attachment and neurobiology frameworks and theories.

Highly developed communication skills and demonstrated ability to provide leadership of direct service in the clinical assessment and intervention of children, young people, adults and families.

Extensive knowledge of family violence, child protection and relevant legislation including MARAM.
