About the role

Rosewood Gardens is seeking an exceptional CEO/General Manager to lead the organisation and drive its continued growth and success. As the CEO/General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, setting the strategic direction, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our clients. This is a full-time role based in our Melbourne office.

What you'll be doing

Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the organisation, ensuring alignment with the company's vision, mission and values.

Foster a positive and collaborative work culture, empowering and motivating the team to achieve excellence

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry bodies

Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

What we're looking for

Proven track record of leading and growing a successful organisation (Aged Care, NDIS orCommunity Services).

Exceptional strategic and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and capitalise on emerging trends and opportunities

A strategic mindset with a history of scaling services, expanding market reach and leading multi state operations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders

Strong financial acumen and operational management skills

Demonstrated commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive work culture

Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (e.g., business, management, or finance)
