We're seeking a proactive Business Administrator for approx 35 hours per week. Flexible hours available, with our office/showroom open Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 5 PM (ideal for those with school commitments).
Key Responsibilities:
Office admin: invoicing, data entry, filing
Supporting customer inquiries (phone, email, in-person)
Sales
Assisting with stock control and bookkeeping
Social media management (assisted)
What We’re Looking For:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A quick learner with a can-do attitude
Proficiency in MS Office and QuickBooks (or Reckon)
Excellent communication skills and customer service
Permanent working rights in Australia is desired
