About the role:

We’re seeking a highly skilled National Technical Officer (Lifts) to oversee technical standards, quality assurance, and training for our residential elevator installations, maintenance, and operations.

This is a key position for someone with a “can-do” attitude, strong fault-finding expertise, and a passion for raising technical standards.

Responsibilities include:

Lead technical documentation, training programs, and quality protocols nationally.

Provide technical support to technicians and distributors nationally.

Maintain and enhance our technical resource library and “how-to” video library.

Keep up to date with applicable standards and industry practice.

Conduct spot checks / audits to ensure quality and compliance.

Technical liaison with procurement/logistics

Proactively identify risks and implement robust improvement measures

Provide technical support and feedback to Project Managers, Service Managers, and State Managers.

Oversee hoist upgrades, warranty claims, and assessment of faulty components.

What we're looking for:

Minimum 5 years’ elevator fault-finding experience with strong schematic and technical drawing knowledge.

Professional , mature ‘can do’ attitude with clear focus on outcomes.

Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Clear, direct communication, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.

OHS qualifications (or willingness to obtain) and understanding of industry standards.

Ability to travel interstate and participate in an after-hours call roster.
