The Role:

• Manage a tidy portfolio of approx. 180 properties locally based
• No Routines or ingoings!!! Leasing, Admin & Accounts support
• Manage arrears & rent reviews
• Oversea tenancy applications
• Conducting property inspections
• Landlord & tenant correspondence, manage repairs & maintenance
