About the role

Club Manning Point, a part of the Dubbo RSL Memorial Club Group is seeking an enthusiastic Qualified Greenkeeper to join our grounds team. As a Greenkeeper, you will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance and upkeep of our Bowling Greens and surrounding landscaped areas. This is a full-time role based in Manning Point, NSW.

What you'll be doing

Carry out tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming of the bowling greens and surrounding areas

Applying fertilizers, pesticides, and other chemicals to maintain the health and appearance of the turf

Participating in irrigation and watering

Undertaking various grounds maintenance tasks, clearing debris, and minor repairs

Monitor the health of the turf and implement pest and disease control when necessary.

What we're looking for

Qualified Greenkeeper that preferably holds a Certificate III in Sports Turf Management (or equivalent)

Previous experience with bowling greens

A genuine interest and passion for horticulture, landscaping, or grounds maintenance

Strong physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to follow instructions

Experience operating and maintaining specialised turf maintenance equipment and machinery

Must have the right to work in Australia
