The Role:
We are seeking a hands-on Landscaper, Gardener or Greenkeeper to lead our quoting process for residential projects. This is not a desk job — you’ll be out in the field, meeting clients, assessing properties, and overseeing installations to ensure Musturf’s high standards are upheld. You’ll also be on the tools, assisting with turf installation and landscape preparation where needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend residential job sites to assess, measure, and quote turf and landscape projects

Prepare clear and accurate quotes for clients

Manage and schedule turf installations and small landscaping jobs

Work on-site with the team to complete turfing and landscape jobs

Liaise with customers and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery

Maintain a strong knowledge of turf varieties, site conditions, and best installation practices

Ensure all works meet quality and safety standards

About You:

Experience as a landscaper, gardener or greenkeeper (2+ years preferred)

Strong understanding of turf, soil, drainage and site preparation

Comfortable using basic quoting tools and measuring equipment

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Hard-working, reliable, and self-motivated

Able to work independently and manage multiple job sites

Valid driver’s licence essential

Physically fit and comfortable working with tools and outdoor equipment
