We are currently seeking a Qualified Greenkeeper/ Groundsman to join our passionate and professional maintenance team. About the Role: This is a great opportunity for either a suitably qualified and experienced turf professional or Groundsman looking to join a progressive and well-resourced club. You will work closely with our Superintendent and team to deliver consistently high course presentation standards. You will play a key role in maintaining the presentation of our golf course, clubhouse surrounds, and resort grounds. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a strong work ethic, and takes pride in their work. Key Responsibilities: • Maintenance of greens, tees, fairways, and surrounds • Operation and maintenance of turf care machinery • Irrigation system monitoring and repairs • Support in maintaining club surrounds, gardens, and motel landscaping • Chemical and fertiliser applications • Pest and disease management • Support for tournament and event preparation • Mentoring junior team members What We’re Looking For: • Certificate III in Sports Turf Management (or equivalent) • Previous experience in a landscaping, grounds maintenance role preferred but not essential. • Someone who enjoys physical, outdoor work in all weather conditions • Strong attention to detail, with a can-do attitude, ability to work independently and in a team environment. • A reliable, motivated team player with an interest in golf. • Willingness to work weekends on a rotating roster. • Driver’s licence (essential); ChemCert desirable We Offer: • Full-time salaried position with competitive pay • 12% superannuation and employee benefits including daily meal allowance • Uniforms and ongoing professional development • Opportunities for further training and developmen
