We are seeking an experienced and culturally responsive manager to lead our aged care and NDIS services with a focus on inclusion, dignity, and culturally safe support.

ADSI is an established organisation with a 30 year history of service delivery in the Auburn region. We are in a period of growth and change (as is the sector) so this is a great role if you are someone who likes to shape the program and services you deliver. The position also has the potential for significant career growth as there is the opportunity for the right candidate to take a lead role in oversight of all of our client facing programs.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the delivery of Home Care Packages (HCP), Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), and NDIS services tailored to the needs of CALD clients

Lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure care plans are culturally appropriate, client-directed, and support independence and wellbeing

Monitor program budgets, service targets, and compliance with aged care standards and funding requirements

Build and maintain strong partnerships with CALD community groups, families, interpreters, and relevant stakeholders

Provide staff leadership, supervision, and cultural competency development

Coordinate audits, quality improvement initiatives, and reporting obligations

About You

Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Nursing, Community Services, or a related field

Experience managing HCP and/or CHSP programs, ideally within CALD or multicultural settings

Deep understanding of the needs and challenges faced by older people from CALD backgrounds

Proven leadership, budgeting, and program management skills

Ability to engage respectfully across cultures and languages

Fluency in a community language (highly regarded but not essential)

Previous experience with Alayacare (highly regarded but not essential)
