About the Opportunity

As a Care Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the clinical and care operations of aged care services, ensuring residents receive compassionate, evidence-based care in a supportive environment. What We're Looking For

We welcome expressions of interest from professionals who have:

A current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse

Previous leadership experience in aged care or related healthcare settings

Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and compliance frameworks

Exceptional interpersonal and team management skills

A passion for improving the lives of older people
