With local warranty, parts, and after-sales service, Harbour Caravans delivers reliable, factory-direct caravans designed for adventure.

About the Role

As the Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, managing enquiries, presenting caravan models, and overseeing the full sales process. You will also support supplier coordination, network growth, marketing activities, and event representation, with the opportunity for both interstate and international travel. This role is offered on a permanent, full-time basis working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm and Saturday from 10am to 5pm.

Duties

Manage customer enquiries via email, phone, and in-person showroom visits

Showcase caravans and engage with potential buyers via Facebook groups

Liaise with suppliers to source required parts

Draft sales contracts and provide updates to customers

Support marketing, video shoots, and social media

Represent the brand at events

Travel interstate and overseas for training

Assist with setup, pack-down, and representing the brand at caravan shows throughout the year.

Skills & Experience

Proven sales experience (caravan or automotive preferred)

Current driver’s licence and ability to tow a caravan

Confident communicator (phone and face-to-face)

Computer literacy and experience with internal systems

National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
