Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities across diverse market segments.
Engage with potential clients through a variety of channels, including cold calling, networking, and prospecting.
Build and nurture relationships to secure long-term, high-value accounts.
Drive sales growth by consistently achieving and surpassing KPIs.
Represent Alsco Uniforms with professionalism, showcasing our comprehensive portfolio of services and products.
Role requires the person to be on the road, meeting clients and attend events – this requires you to be energetic and motivated.
Key Skills and Experience:
Proven track record in sales, preferably with experience in B2B sales, the hospitality sector or service-driven industries.
Bachelors qualification is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM tools.
Valid, unrestricted Australian driver’s license.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
High attention to detail, strong time management skills, and a proactive approach to sales.
