In this position you will learn to carry out flight data analysis (FDA) and flight data monitoring (FDM) functions, assist in the development of new aircraft databases and software related functions. This position would suit an individual interested in a career in the aviation industry. Working closely within a team, there will also be a requirement to work individually, and problem solve, taking independent actions. Qualifications & experience

Individuals with a passion for Aviation.

General knowledge of aircraft systems and terminology.

Interest in the theory of flight and its application to Flight Data Recorders.

Must be International Traffic In Arms Regulations (ITAR) compliant.

Knowledge of MS Office applications.

Good written and oral communication skills.

Aerospace qualification or Commercial/Private Pilot licence highly regarded.

Tasks & responsibilities

Download and analyse Flight Data Readout (FDR) and Cockpit Voice Recorder (CVR) flight data received from aircraft operators.

Communicate Flight Data Monitoring (FDM) and Flight Data Analysis (FDA) services to existing customers.

FDM, FDR and Aircraft databases development.

Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace as required by Aerodynamic and its Certifying Authorities.

Responsible for maintaining a safe working environment for self and other employees.

Take part in regular training programs as required by Management.

Responsible (when authorised) for completing and correctly issuing all Readout Reports, Certificate of Conformity, Authorised Release Certificate (ARC) forms and any other legal requirements as directed by their respective National Aviation Authority (NAA).

Ensuring compliance with procedures for FDM and FDA.

Assist in establishing training programs as applicable.
