Objective:

Deliver an amazing customer experience by providing a variety of product support and guidance to users.

Responsibilities:

Respond to incoming support requests

Resolve support requests

Escalation of complex support requests

Maintain customer service records

Contribute to product support documentation

Attend internal product showcases to maintain product knowledge
