The Role
Rockcote requires a proactive, experienced, and driven professional to provide exceptional service to our customers in South Brisbane and the surrounding areas, selling high-quality coatings to the building industry.

Reporting to the State Sales Manager the successful candidate will demonstrate a solution-based selling style, displays strong interpersonal skills, and has the confidence to deal with a broad range of clientele, most notably applicators, stockists, builders, and architects.
You will be provided with a work vehicle & fuel card.

About You

• You will be working in a sales team specifying products, systems, and solutions demonstrating the confidence to operate in multiple environments, from the job site to the boardroom.
• A team player – this team has a great culture built on success and accountability to each other.
• Ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships. We look to win the first project but get invited to the next.
• Utilising current market research, you will have the ability to identify and capture new projects in commercial and residential markets.
• Experience in the coatings/building industry is not essential but would be highly regarded.
• The nature of the role being autonomous, you will be responsible for planning and actioning your week as well as managing your own CRM.
