About the Role

As our Client & Business Development Manager, you’ll be the face of SOLV’D to agents, developers, stylists, and homeowners alike. You’ll manage every stage of the client journey — from enquiry to execution — while uncovering new opportunities and ensuring every styled space reflects our brand excellence.

Your day-to-day will include

Building and nurturing relationships with real estate agents, developers, homeowners and property stylists

Managing incoming enquiries and converting leads into confirmed bookings

Offering expert styling advice and project guidance tailored to each client

Identifying new business opportunities and following them through to success

Collaborating with our stylist team to ensure seamless project delivery

Contributing to stock presentation and product strategy for ongoing improvement

About You

You bring a background in styling, interiors, or design, paired with strong account management or business development experience

You’re a confident communicator and natural relationship-builder — people trust you and enjoy working with you

You have a sharp eye for presentation and detail, and you understand what sells

You know how to drive growth while staying aligned with brand values and client needs

You thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and bring strong organisation and follow-through
