The Opportunity
Following recent rapid growth across Australia, New Zealand and the US, we now have an opening for a proven performer to further expand our revenue base and continue this growth trajectory within WA.
This opportunity is focused on developing and delivering our sales and product strategy. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, these opportunities come with the key responsibility of achieving our ambitious vision for business growth.
This role offers the flexibility of working from home, allowing for a better work-life balance and increased autonomy. However, it also requires regular travel within the state to attend events and meet with clients, ensuring strong relationships and effective on-the-ground support. Occasional interstate travel may also be necessary, depending on business needs.

What we hope you have to offer:
Business Development level experience in a Proptech or property focused business;
A minimum of 3 years' B2B sales experience;
Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Efficient in pipeline management and maintaining CRM
Self-motivated, confident, reliable and customer focused
Experience in selling software solutions into the Real Estate Industry
Proactive business development mindset with an ability to prospect and cold call
What you will be doing:
Work with management to develop growth strategies and plans for Inspection Express
Manage and retain relationships with existing clients, champions and partners
Proactively research, prospect and contact potential clients to establish rapport and book meetings
Provide input on marketing initiatives and execute instructed business development strategies
Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events where necessary
Provide ongoing customer feedback to management and product team to aid with ongoing product development, customer success, growth and retention
Achieve all quarterly KPI's set by management with a primary focus on achieving sales and revenue targets.
