Business Development Associate - Titan IND

Titan IND is looking for a results-driven Business Development Associate to lead new growth across Queensland. You’ll engage directly with executive and operational stakeholders to pitch, negotiate, and secure tailored labour hire and workforce solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

Build strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders

Lead proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations

Own your sales pipeline and manage CRM reporting

Align closely with internal teams to deliver seamless service

Track market trends and contribute to BD reporting and shift targets

We’re Looking For

2+ years in B2B sales, account management, or client-facing roles

Clear communicator who adapts to both boardroom and site-level conversations

Confident managing your own schedule, pipeline, and client load

Driven, commercially minded, and focused on solving problems

Exposure to labour hire or industrial sectors is a bonus, not a must
