We're seeking an experienced Purchasing and Logistics Officer to join our team on a full time basis.

Key Responsibilities

Manage procurement of stone and tiles for current projects.

Schedule inbound material deliveries to meet project requirements

Oversee inventory levels and optimise control systems.

Prepare bills of quantities and cost estimates.

Coordinate outbound logistics to meet site delivery requirements.

Report and address delivery issues and escalate when necessary.

Manage warehouse including incoming deliveries and stock control.

Assisting current Project Manager with estimating when required.

Skills and Experience

Proven experience in procurement, logistics and warehouse management.

Previous estimating experience is highly regarded.

Experienced dealing with international suppliers and freight forwarding.

Ability to meet project deadlines with a sense of urgency.

Forklift license is highly regarded.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

High attention to detail and ethical approach to work.

Microsoft Office skills including outlook, word and excel (essential).

Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and resolve issues efficiently.

Professional presentation, reliability, and a positive attitude.
