About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented People and Culture Officer to support the delivery of quality HR services across our organisation.
In this role, you’ll assist the team in a wide range of employee relations and operational HR tasks – from coordinating documentation and tracking processes to supporting leaders with practical advice under guidance. You’ll play an important part in creating consistent, positive employee experiences.
This is a great opportunity to grow your HR experience in a supportive and fast-paced team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the P&C team with the coordination of ER processes including investigations, performance matters, and grievances
- Assist with preparing letters, documents and case records
- Respond to employee and leader queries, escalating as needed
- Maintain accurate employee data and support compliance checks
- Help implement HR policies, procedures and communication
- Provide admin support across onboarding, offboarding, and reporting activities
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in HR or a related support role
- Strong interest in employee relations and operational HR
- Great communication and organisation skills, with a high level of attention to detail
- A calm, professional approach when handling confidential or sensitive information
- Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with a team
- Relevant qualification in HR, Business, or a related field
