Are you ready to step into a leadership role where you’ll make a real difference every day? ConnectGV is seeking a passionate and motivated Residential Service Leader to join our team in Shepparton.
This is your opportunity to lead a team delivering high-quality, person-centred care for people with disabilities in a vibrant, values-driven not-for-profit organisation. What you’ll do:
- Lead a team of Disability Support Workers to deliver outstanding residential care aligned to each individual’s NDIS goals
- Coordinate staff rosters, support planning, medication, and daily operations
- Build trusted relationships with families, participants, and community stakeholders
- Drive quality, compliance, and service innovation
- Work across a 24-hour, seven-day roster (including sleepovers)
- Participate in the on-call roster (shared across the leadership team)

- A qualified and experienced professional in Disability, Community, or Health Services
- A capable and compassionate leader with a collaborative style
- Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
