Melbourne Disability Services are seeking an experienced & dedicated Residential Support Workers to join our team on full-time, part-time or casual basis.

The Position

As a Residential Support Worker, you will deliver a variety of services to participants to support them to live a fulfilling and meaningful life and to develop independent living skills in everyday life in their shared living environment.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

• At least 2 year experience as a Residential Support Worker (SIL)
• Experience in supporting participants with behaviour of concerns and/or complex medical needs
• Epilepsy, Anaphylaxis and Manual Handling
• Mealtime Management
• First Aid with CPR
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
• Good written and spoken English
• Drivers license and reliable vehicle
