A rare opportunity has now become available for an experienced HR Consultant where you will be responsible for the co-ordination of HR generalist activities and administration for the Australian site together with managing payroll administration.

The Role

Reporting to the Senior HR Manager – Asia Pacific, the role of HR Consultant will include duties such as:

Creation of employment contracts, job descriptions and associated documentation

Maintenance of employee records

Co-ordinate the Performance Review Program

Organising of recruitment activities

Undertaking project work and tasks as directed

End to end payroll processing

Monthly reporting

Generalist HR related duties (eg EBA coordination, training & development, remuneration reviews)

The Successful Application

We need a sharp, seasoned HR pro who’s driven, adaptable, detail-obsessed, and always one step ahead. Resilience isn’t optional—it’s a must.

In addition, you will require:

Expert multitasker who thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments

Backed by a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline

Proven success in handling end-to-end payroll (keying information)

Adaptable, with the ability to switch gears and tackle challenges effortlessly

Action-taker with a knack for nailing solutions

Obsessed with improvement—no excuses, just results

Passionate HR enthusiast, ready to advance and conquer in the field

Exposed to EBA negotiations (desirable to learn more)

The Offer

In return for your expertise, we can offer you a competitive starting salary in the range of $85k to $95k base + super + 5% bonus, a role close to home, permanent position with on-site car park and chance to join a progressive international organisation.
