About the Role

As a HR Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for HR matters, providing expert guidance and support to managers and employees across their national footprint. As part of a wider HR team, you will play a pivotal role in providing advice on employee relations matters and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees across all states.

Provide generalist HR advice with a strong focus on IR/ER matters, including union engagement and dispute resolution.

Interpret and apply EBAs and Modern Awards

Support and coach managers through performance management, disciplinary processes, and employee development.

Conduct investigations into disciplinary and grievance matters, ensuring compliance with legal and organisational standards.

Build and maintain strong virtual relationships with stakeholders across diverse locations.

Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.

Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.

What You Bring

Proven experience in a generalist HR role

Strong knowledge of industrial relations, enterprise agreements, and modern awards

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport remotely

A collaborative mindset and a passion for empowering others through knowledge sharing

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment
