This exciting opportunity based at our DC in Avalon..

• Engage with with the team building relationships, workplace culture, driving attendance & retention
• Hands on approach connecting with the team fostering strong working relationships
• Manage end to end recruitment, talent pools & proactive recruitment strategies
• Work towards a reasonable agency v permanent split
• Manage Agency relationships
• Monitor volume to plan & support peaks in recruitment requirements
• Support performance discussions in conjunction with the team as required
• Assist the team to conduct probationary reviews
• Provide HR advice
• Partner with BP's on investigations

If you have the below experience, we would love to hear from you!

• Minimum 3 years HR Generalist experience combined with HR qualifications
• A strong understanding of HR legislation and requirements, specifically Warehousing & Logistics
• Experience developing, implementing and monitoring programs, policy & process improvements
• Demonstrated experience with a wide array HR programs and practices such as. recruitment, performance management, & employee relations
• Exceptional verbal & written communication skills, with success in negotiating with and influencing others.
• Experience in Retail or FMG Industry (or similar) preferred
