GreenSideUp is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our growing team. Specialising in large-scale residential landscape construction, with future opportunities in bespoke commercial projects, this role is ideal for someone looking to make a meaningful impact within a forward-thinking company.

What You'll Be Doing:

Preparing accurate quotes and detailed takeoffs for large-scale landscape construction projects

Analysing plans, scope documents, and specifications

Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing

Creating back-costing reports and tracking job performance

Supporting the team to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget

About You:

Experienced estimator (landscape or construction industry preferred)

Confident reading plans and pricing from documentation

Strong skills in Excel; CAD experience is a bonus

Detail-oriented, organised, and deadline-driven

Great communicator and collaborator
