About the Role:

Prepare detailed take-offs and quotes for residential plastering (sheeting, setting, framing, cornices).

Confidently liaise with builders over the phone — follow-up and build strong working relationships.

Use Planswift and Ascora to create clear, accurate, and competitive quotes.

Support our commercial estimating team where needed (we’ll train you if you’re keen to learn!).

Be part of a tight-knit team where your work truly matters to the success of our projects.

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years' experience estimating in residential construction — plastering experience a huge plus.

Brisbane-based and ready to join a Northside-based team.

Confident phone manner — you’ll be speaking with builders every day.

Planswift or similar estimating software experience preferred.

Detail-driven, organised, and committed to high standards.

Commercial estimating experience is a bonus, but not required — we’ll support your development.
