Duties:

• Recruit top talent and foster team retention
• Conduct performance evaluations and support professional development
• Serve as the primary contact for key clients in NSW, lead proposal development and negotiate contracts
• Ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery
• Oversee project delivery and resource allocation
• Implement risk management strategies for project uncertainty
• Develop and monitor budgets and financial reports

Skills and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering or relevant discipline
• Minimum 8-10 years' experience in the engineering consultancy sector, with demonstrated experience in a leadership role
• Demonstrated experience in engineering sector, particularly in a leadership role
• Proven ability in business development and client management
• Strong financial acumen with experience in managing budgets
• Knowledge of NSW regulatory environment and market dynamics
