ABOUT THE ROLE
Manage a range of residential apartment projects for private high net worth clients. Drive projects from early design and DA through construction on project ranging up to $350m. Develop your overall skills and progress to Senior Project Manager.

DUTIES

• Support Project Director
• Run the day to day of a portfolio of residential projects
• Drive Project Outcomes and Deadlines

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Degree in Construction, Engineering or Property related discipline
• Head contracting experience
• End to end local project management experience
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication
• Experience on new build apartment projects (essential)
• Experience in design management
• Experience in Contracts Administration
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
