What You'll Be Doing:

• Collaborate directly with the founder to shape and execute product strategies that outpace competitors.
• Serve as the linchpin between executive leadership and technology teams, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
• Drive the development and enhancement of our self-managed HCP offerings, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of older Australians.
• Analyse and refine business processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

• HCP Expertise: Proven experience with Home Care Packages is non-negotiable; you know the ins and outs without needing a primer.
• Strong ability to dissect complex problems and devise effective solutions.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
