Key Responsibilities

1. New Customer Acquisition & Referral Growth

Plan and execute effective customer acquisition strategies to drive growth and improve new customer conversion efficiency

Build scalable referral paths and sharing mechanics to enable self-driven user acquisition and closed-loop conversions

Develop foundational user tagging systems to support cold-start targeting and segmented marketing strategies

Leverage customer acquisition data insights to inform content direction and ad optimization, continuously improving conversion efficiency

2. Conversion Optimization & Sales Growth

Oversee new product launches, promotional campaigns, content updates, and inventory coordination across the DTC site to directly drive sales conversion and revenue growth

Develop site-wide promotional calendars and content strategies; collaborate with designers and copywriters to deliver brand-aligned yet conversion-focused assets

Optimize user flow and page architecture based on behavioral insights; lead key page revamps to enhance conversion pathways

Track sales performance and customer behavior metrics; produce actionable reports to iterate strategies and ensure sales targets are met

3. Retention & Repeat Purchase Growth

Design membership programs, loyalty point systems, and stock-up incentives to increase user engagement and repeat purchase rates

Refine automated marketing flows and onsite CRM mechanisms for segmented and personalized reactivation

Build full-funnel EDM flows covering key scenarios like welcome, win-back, cart abandonment, and reorder prompts

Lead push content strategy and messaging to maintain brand tone and visual consistency across all touchpoints

Continuously improve retention strategies based on engagement metrics and customer lifecycle insights, increasing long-term member value
