Be part of our growing team
We are looking for an energetic and digital savvy Campaign Executive to join us. Reporting to the Head of Acquisition, you will be integral in supporting the team that is responsible for driving revenue and new customers to Cranky Health’s portfolio of brands including The Man Shake, The Lady Shake, Famous Nutrition and Nutrabalance, across the Australian & New Zealand markets. Focused on marketing and campaign activities, this role is responsible for the planning, execution and optimisation of end-to-end digital and marketing campaigns that drive sales, customer acquisition and engagement. You’ll oversee the campaign budgets and facilitate the seamless execution of strategic marketing initiatives across paid and owned media channels.
What you will do:
Campaign Planning and Execution
Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Support the agency and internal teams by delivering media assets and at times copy to assist with campaign effectiveness.
Coordinate campaign timelines, assets, approvals, and execution across channels (email, social, paid media, traditional media and landing pages).
Collaborate with the teams to plan, brief, and finalise campaign-specific landing pages.
Coordinate media assets ensuring they are optimised, compliant, and aligned with brand standards.
Budget Management:
Assist with monitoring campaign budgets, tracking expenditures, and reporting on budget variances.
Contribute to effective budget planning and forecasting to optimise spend efficiency.
Marketing Support:
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely campaign deployment.
Support content creation, including briefing creative teams, reviewing assets, and maintaining marketing calendars.
Performance Analytics:
Assist in preparing campaign performance reports and dashboards.
Contribute to a test-and-learn culture by supporting campaign analysis and insight generation.
Collaboration and Communication:
Liaise effectively between cross-functional teams to align campaign initiatives with broader business goals.
Liaise with internal channel leads and the agency to ensure consistency across all platforms and channels.
Work with external media and influencer agencies where required.
What we are looking for:
2-3 years’ experience in marketing, campaign coordination, or media management.
Experience with digital marketing channels, media asset coordination, and campaign execution.
Experience managing campaign budgets, including tracking spend and assisting with regular reporting.
Proficiency with the following systems: Google Analytics, Power BI, Monday and Shopify (nice to have).
Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
