About the Role

We are seeking a HR professional who is an all-rounder. Your role will encompass, but not be limited to

• Strategic workforce planning through workforce scheduling, rostering, and mobility management;
• Planning & delivering internal engagement activities and events;
• Management of end-to-end recruitment and talent sourcing to meet demand & seasonal headcount levels;
• Employment relations – consulting on queries, performance management, and assessing employee relations risks to determine appropriate action;
• Design & deliver training and succession planning for leaders and employees to ensure success into the future; and
• Work closely with finance to ensure payroll compliance in line with National Employment Standards, Industry Awards, and casual rates.

About You

• Tertiary qualifications in human resources, employment relations, business law, or related business discipline OR equivalent, demonstrated work experience in a HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or standalone HR role;
• Practical, hands-on attitude and approach – you’re ok with chipping in other areas when team mates need support, because that’s what it takes to work on a collaborative team (you will be recognised for this at this company!); and
• Some previous industry experience across sporting or agriculture sectors will come highly regarded, however your background may have managed blue collar or operational workforces.
