We’re on the lookout for two driven and passionate professionals to join our leadership team — one as an Assistant Venue Manager and the other as a Restaurant Manager.

These roles are critical to ensuring the smooth and profitable day-to-day operations of our busy venue, with a strong focus on exceptional food and beverage service, customer experience, and event execution.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Leading and supporting a high-performing front-of-house team

Delivering exceptional guest experiences — every shift, every customer

Managing all venue operations, including event setup/pack down, rostering, cash handling, and compliance

Working with the Head Chef and Bar Manager to ensure service excellence across both food and beverage

Contributing to staff training and ongoing development

Maintaining clear communication with directors, suppliers, and other key stakeholders

Identifying opportunities to improve service flow, profitability, and efficiency

Acting as a duty manager when required — including late-night service and functions

Key Skills & Experience

Proven experience in a similar management role (restaurant or venue)

Strong knowledge of both food and beverage operations — wine, cocktails, service styles, and menu knowledge is essential

High level of professionalism, energy, and attention to detail

Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills

Experience with POS systems and stock control

Understanding of labour management, GP targets, and supplier negotiation

Current RSA and Food Safety certificates

Ability to lead by example, mentor junior staff, and foster a positive team culture

Availability to work late nights, weekends, and public holidays as required
