We are a young, passionate and energetic company that will be expanding with a 3rd venue soon to open, as well as a live music festival that takes place annually for St Patrick's Day weekend every March.

The opportunity

We are currently seeking a Venue Manager to run the operations at our busy Irish Bar.

This position is perfect for someone who is hospitality career focused and driven, with plenty of opportunity to grow within the expanding company and learn new skills.

Key facets of the role:

Overseeing the daily operations of the business

Training & development of junior team members

Responsible for managing shifts and leading your team to deliver high-quality service to guests

Stock ordering and control management

Managing opening & closing procedures

Ensuring all business requirements are set

Engaging with our Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to help run the venues social media accounts

What skills and knowledge do I need?

Proven experience as a Venue Manager or Assistant Venue Manager

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

History of developing and training staff

Full working rights in Australia

Experience with speciality cocktails, whiskey, beer and wine
