Practice Administrator / Reception / Personal Assistant
Accounting Firm with parking and good coffee in the City of South Perth Vibrant, friendly team.

This role encompasses two broad areas:
Office Administration/Reception: You are the front line of the office. Managing incoming calls, emails, and client correspondences. Calendar, appointment and email management to keep things ticking along for our Management team. Collecting and managing the post, sending regular client newsletters, preparing client coffees, tidying the kitchen and liaising with our landlord. Ensuring the kitchen, stationery, and staff amenities are tidy and fully stocked. Organising staff birthday celebrations and our Christmas Party.
Client Services Administration: Managing incoming and outgoing tax returns, setting up client jobs, supporting client workflow, and ensuring efficient turnaround times. Following up with clients for information and queries on behalf of the accounting team, and staying up to date with our lodgement program to meet deadlines. Finding creative solutions to get clients to return their signed tax documents in a hurry to ensure on time lodgement.
You will fit perfectly into the team if you:
Have a solid grounding in administration with a minimum of 2 years’ experience
Love learning new software and keeping up-to-date
Have a genuine interest in helping clients and colleagues, including a love for problem-solving and troubleshooting
Amazing attention to detail (you are the kind of person that reads all the way to the end).
Have a can-do attitude, you are action-oriented and like to get things complete versus having them hang around in your inbox.
Have good project/task management skills
Have excellent time management skills and communication skills (both oral and written)
Software Requirements (all desirable):
Xero (plus Xero Practice Manager)
OneDrive

Microsoft Suite
