Your next career opportunity
As a Content Coordinator for Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences (MDHS) at a globally leading university, you'll be at the forefront of creating engaging multimedia content that showcases the faculty's excellence.

You'll have the opportunity to develop and manage content across multiple platforms, employing high-level storytelling techniques to bring marketing and communications campaigns to life. Your role will directly impact the faculty's ability to attract top students, engage alumni, and highlight groundbreaking research, making this a key position for those passionate about content creation and health sciences communication.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop engaging content: Create and curate multimedia content for publications, digital media, social channels, advertising campaigns and electronic direct mail (eDM) campaigns, among others.
  • Manage the content library: Oversee a comprehensive marketing content library supporting faculty objectives across various audiences.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders: Work with academics, staff, students, alumni, and partners to develop and update content pieces.
  • Drive creative innovation: Provide creative input and work with agencies for marketing communications collateral, photography, and video.
  • Keep project on-track: Provide high quality project management support various marketing and content projects including: Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) for web pages, student recruitment content, communications campaigns or Open Day.

You are a creative content professional with strong storytelling skills, experience in multimedia content creation, and a passion for communicating complex health and science topics to diverse audiences. You will also be a strong project manager and have an eagle-eye for detail, spelling and grammatical accuracy.

What we're looking for:

  • You will have a degree with relevant experience in communications or marketing, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Show expertise in producing targeted communications for print, digital, and social channels.
  • Possess experience in executing marketing campaigns and developing multimedia content for diverse audiences.
  • Strong project management experience.
  • Show proficiency in various content creation tools and platforms.

Desirable: events management experience and understanding of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) principles.
