Your Impact
You’ll play a key role in executing our digital trade calendar and optimising the online customer experience and driving sales across all channels. From product launches and merchandising to homepage updates and content optimisation, you'll ensure our websites not only look great but perform even better.
What You'll Do:
Align product visibility and content with trade campaigns, launches, and seasonal promotions
Own digital product setup: imagery, descriptions, tagging, and collections
Optimise merchandising using stock levels, conversion data, and customer insights
Brief and collaborate with design on high-impact, conversion-focused content
Manage website content updates (homepage, banners, product and category pages)
Implement pricing, promotional offers, and sales activities on time
Audit and troubleshoot the site for performance and user experience issues
Maintain redirect management and SEO integrity
Keep articles, blogs, and edits fresh, seasonal, and brand-relevant
Report on “New In” and “Back In Stock” performance to marketing and buying
Support UAT testing and digital projects
Maintain automation tools and content documentation
Be a champion for consistency and a seamless customer journey
What We're Looking For:
2+ years in ecommerce coordination or digital merchandising—ideally in fashion or lifestyle
Strong experience with Shopify 2.0 (front-end and CMS)
A keen eye for detail and passion for great product presentation
Ability to read and act on performance metrics and sales data
Solid understanding of SEO, user journeys, and content strategy
Strong communicator and team player with great time management
Bonus: Experience with UAT, analytics tools, and automation workflows
