Krack Solutions is an established Fibre Optic/Telecommunications Installation Company with a long standing history in the telecommunications industry for over 25 years.

We are currently seeking the experience of a HANDS ON - Civil Leading Hand/ Excavator Operator with telecommunications pit & pipe experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our civil crew in there daily tasks including installing of telecommunication pits & pipes in footpath & roadways.

Key duties:

Work closely with our office & our customer PMs to deliver daily targets safely and efficiently.
Coordinate on-site machinery and subcontractor activities
Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks, and safety briefings
Promote and uphold a strong safety culture on site

Assist with HANDS ON tasks, this is a hands on roll
Ensure all works are completed to quality standards and to industry specifications

MUST have

At least 1 years’ experience working as a Civil Leading Hand

Excavator VOC / Ticket with 2 years Experience

Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card)

MR/HR Licence & Manual Drivers Licence

Minimum 2 Year Experience (Pit & Pipe)

Australia Work Rights

Highly desirable

Experience operating / steering HDD

To be considered for the role, you must

· At least 1 years’ experience working as a Civil Leading Hand/Excavator Operator in Telecommunications Pit & Pipe construction and 2 years’ experience working as a Civil worker/Excavator Operator

· Have good team leading skill communication skills and ability to work well with others and possess a can do attitude

· Good problem solving and time management skills with the ability to resolve issues quickly to reduce down times
