With a strong pipeline of work and expanding project portfolio, they are now seeking a switched-on, hungry Civil Foreman to lead teams on the ground and help drive success on site.

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for a Civil Foreman who thrives in fast-paced environments and isn’t afraid to get on the tools. You’ll be supervising a team of around five- including labourers, trucks and plant operators- across a range of earthworks projects with a strong focus on piling, anchoring and shotcrete.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations on site with a hands-on approach
• Supervise piling, anchoring, and shotcrete works to spec
• Manage labourers, truck movements, and machine coordination
• Read plans, manage site paperwork and liaise with engineers
• Ensure site safety, toolbox talks, and compliance procedures
• Deliver projects efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a Civil Foreman or Leading Hand role
• Strong background in earthworks, piling, anchoring, and shotcrete
• Comfortable running a small team and operating in high-pressure environments
• White Card and relevant plant tickets an advantage
• Reliable, driven, and ready to grow within a business
• Confident communicator with a team-first attitude
