About the role

As the Implementation Manager, you will lead the end-to-end onboarding of newly signed clients.

Acting as the central point of coordination, you’ll drive the go-to-market strategy across internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless, efficient partner launches.

This is a pivotal, high-visibility role that combines programme governance, stakeholder management, and operational delivery. You'll have oversight of the full onboarding lifecycle, from partner sign-off through to pilot launch, ensuring deadlines are met, risks are managed, and communications remain clear and consistent throughout.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the go-to-market implementation plan for new clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive execution and accountability
• Liaise directly with clients to set timelines, manage expectations, and ensure deliverables are met
• Continuously improve onboarding frameworks to reduce time-to-market and enhance partner experience
• Develop documentation and process guides in collaboration with subject matter experts
• Provide onboarding pipeline updates and insights to senior leadership
• Identify risks early and ensure issues are resolved swiftly and proactively
• Partner with internal comms to drive awareness and engagement across the business

Skills and experience required

• 5+ years of experience in implementation, programme or project management, ideally in technology, financial or professional services
• Excellent relationship management skills, with a consultative communication style
• Proven track record in cross-functional stakeholder management and delivery execution
• High attention to detail with strong time management and analytical skills
• Strong process mindset with the ability to identify gaps and implement scalable solutions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Bachelor's degree is advantageous but not essential
