Project Manager – Melbourne & Brisbane

PM-Partners is hiring two experienced Project Managers — one in Melbourne and one in Brisbane — to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

These roles offer a mix of hands-on project delivery and consulting work across a variety of industries. You’ll be supported by one of Australia’s leading project services and training organisations, with access to professional development, certifications, and diverse client engagements.

About the Role

You’ll primarily work as a Project Manager across enterprise-level initiatives, but from time to time, you may be asked to step into a Business Analyst or Change Manager role for short periods. We're looking for people who are adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable in a consulting environment.

This role will suit someone with around 5–10 years of experience who is looking to deepen their skills, gain exposure to different industries, and be part of a supportive and knowledgeable team.

About You

You’ll bring:

Proven experience delivering projects (ideally across multiple industries)

The ability to work across project, BA and change roles as needed

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

A focus on outcomes and a desire to continue learning and growing

Prior consulting experience is a bonus, but not essential
