The Cappro Team have been tasked in finding Sales specialists that can sell high end equipment into Mixed waste, Biogenics waste, Wood recycling, Quarry and organic markets. This business runs multiple offices and technical support throughout all of Australia and New Zealand. They have one of the strongest names in mining and know waste handling equipment. Backed up by a strong technical service and aftermarket team you will be supported through parts and service and by senior leadership. This opportunity has a very green future ahead of it and lucrative earning potential that will recreate your career into becoming and technical sales specialist.

Job Opportunity –

Your role will be to source and win new business throughout the green waste and recycling equipment market. You need to go through a technical selection giving advice on the equipment and advancements regarding which equipment best suits the right job at hand. Each sale will require quoting through tender submission, you may also wish to take the customer to other client’s sites so they can review and see the machine in action. You will have equipment to demonstrate at the branch along with marketing material and machinery stats. It goes without saying that this level of equipment needs an industry expert because not only do you need to know the equipment but also the material and waste market. There will be several KPIs and budgets set in this role and we are looking to secure a high market share within a couple of years. So, this will be a grind and will take 100% effort and technical support from you. With training, leadership and guidance from head office you will have all the tools and added support you require.

· High Speed and Low Sped Shredding

Candidate Reequipments –

· 4 + Years in Selling Waste & Recycling

· If you have sold equipment into this market either mobile or static application, we urge you to

· Strong contracts within green waste and Biological Treatment

· Trade or Technical qualifications

· Proven sales experience with the ability to create new business and manage top tier customers

through strong relationships management.

· Excellent Negotiation skills

· Passionate about this industry and machinery

· Team Player with a solution focused approach

Salary Package –

· Base Salary - $110,000 to $130,000

· Superannuation – 11.5%

· Company 4WD + Fuel Card

· Uncapped Coms – 1% Of the Invoiced Value

· Full Product training, and factory training

· Phone & Laptop

We can go higher on the base salary for an absolute standout candidate.

Location – This role can be based anywhere within NSW or ACT.
