About the Role

This is a hands-on opportunity, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take the next step in their career. You will not have direct reports, but you will be responsible for coaching a team of sales specialists, driving performance, and ensuring exceptional customer outcomes.

You will also act as 2IC to the Head of Sales, supporting strategic initiatives and helping shape the future of the team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Handling inbound sales opportunities through phone, web and chat leads
• Minimal outbound calling to pre-qualified customers
• Mentoring and developing sales team members
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve sales outcomes
• Managing pipeline activity and sales reporting via CRM
• Championing a high-performance, customer-first culture
